Lazy Susan Style Eating.

Their is truly a big difference between the Chinese food that we eat in the states appose to the Chinese food being served in China. Their are so many different stereotypes out there when it comes to Chinese food, I am here to tell you that a good majority of those stereotypes are inaccurate. During one of my excursions in Beijing, we stopped along the way for lunch at a lovely restaurant called "Quanjude Roast Duck"Located on Datian shuijing hutong road near the Beijing department store. They had a variety of authentic Chinese food spread out on a lazy Susan glass, and trust me everything that we were served was cooked fresh. If you are looking to try the best duck in Beijing then I suggest you set aside some time to stop here.
