The last standing ancient wonder of the world!!!

This by far has to be the most controversial trip that I have taken. Before every trip I do my usual research which involves a lot of time on the computer, but this time around I also spoke with people who are from Africa just to get their opinion on my trip to Egypt. The comments that I received were mostly negative but with the research that I conducted on the internet, it outweighed everything else. I am here to tell everyone that Egypt is a very beautiful and safe country. During my 3 day stay I got a chance to see some of the most historical landmarks known to man. Some may think that Egypt has only one thing to offer which are the ancient pyramids of Giza, but there is so much more. I got a chance to visit Alexandria, Egypt which is about 3 hours away from Cairo and this was the home of the second to last ancient wonder of the world ( The Lighthouse). I also visited the catacombs in Alexandria which was an amazing experience as well. I hope that my testimony is all you need to visit this wonderful city, I guarantee you will not be let down.
